Ingredients
- Rice
- Yogourt
- Chilly
- Onion
- Lime
- Lime leaves
Instructions
- Cook rice, remove starch in a plate.
- Add salt, green chilies, onions, lime leaves and lime.
- Add yoghurt and mix with rice.
- Add a little starch. Refrigerate.
- Serve with assorted bhartas.
