Doi pantha

Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Yogourt
  • Chilly
  • Onion
  • Lime
  • Lime leaves

Instructions

  • Cook rice, remove starch in a plate.
  • Add salt, green chilies, onions, lime leaves and lime.
  • Add yoghurt and mix with rice.
  • Add a little starch. Refrigerate.
  • Serve with assorted bhartas.
