Ingredients
  

  • 4 boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chillies finely chopped, adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Eggs: Peel and chop the boiled eggs into small pieces.
  • Combine Ingredients: Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
  • Add Mustard Oil: Drizzle mustard oil over the mixture and mix thoroughly by hand or spoon.
  • Serve: Serve at room temperature with hot rice.
