Bhatmas Sandeko (Spicy Soybeans)
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted soybeans
- 2 tomatoes roasted
- 1 tomato finely diced.
- 4 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 spring onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger diced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Roast two tomatoes over an open flame for about 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and allow them to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted soybeans with diced tomatoes, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, diced ginger, chopped spring onion, and diced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
- Once the roasted tomatoes have cooled, mash them into a paste and add the paste to the soybean mixture.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
- Serve immediately.
