Roast two tomatoes over the flame for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
While the tomatoes cool, take a mixing bowl with the roasted soybeans. Into the bowl, put diced tomatoes, finely chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, diced ginger, chopped spring onion, julienne onions, and diced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
After the tomatoes have cooled, mash them to form a paste. Put the paste into the mixing bowl.
Squeeze lemon juice on the soybean mixture and add salt to taste.
