Bhatmas Sandeko (Spicy Soybeans)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted soybeans
  • 2 tomatoes roasted
  • 1 tomato finely diced.
  • 4 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger diced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Roast two tomatoes over an open flame for about 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and allow them to cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted soybeans with diced tomatoes, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, diced ginger, chopped spring onion, and diced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  • Once the roasted tomatoes have cooled, mash them into a paste and add the paste to the soybean mixture.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
