Lagan nu Custard
Ingredients
- 1 litre milk
- Sugar to taste
- 3-4 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Raisins sliced almonds & pistachios
- ½ tsp cardamom and ½ tsp nutmeg ground and sieved powder (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the milk and add sugar per taste. Reduce.
- Cool down and add the eggs, vanilla, raisins, sliced almonds, and pistachios. Bake till firm and golden on top.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the milk mixture into it for baking.
- You may want to add the following to milk mixture: ground and sieved powder of cardamom and nutmeg
