Lagan nu Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 litre milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3-4 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Raisins sliced almonds & pistachios
  • ½ tsp cardamom and ½ tsp nutmeg ground and sieved powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat the milk and add sugar per taste. Reduce.
  • Cool down and add the eggs, vanilla, raisins, sliced almonds, and pistachios. Bake till firm and golden on top.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the milk mixture into it for baking.
  • You may want to add the following to milk mixture: ground and sieved powder of cardamom and nutmeg
