Chicken Rezala
Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 500 gm ghee
- 4 onions 2 sliced, 2 minced
- 1 ½ ginger sliced
- ½ ginger minced
- 1 ½ tsp garlic paste
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- 1 cup yoghurt
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 4 pieces.
- Add all the spices in the yoghurt and mix well. Add salt. Add chicken pieces into the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil. Add chicken. Bring to boil. Cover and leave to simmer.
- Stir the chicken and add sugar. When water separates, add 2 green chillies and 2 red chillies.
- Remove from heat ghee separates.
