Chicken 65
Ingredients
- 500 gm boneless chicken cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 6 tbsp thick curd
- Masalas mix salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder – all according to taste
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 pinches red food colour
- 1 egg
- 10-12 garlic chillies slit
- Refined oil to fry
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan
Instructions
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken. Keep aside.
- Add chopped garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken and the remaining marinated masala.
- Serve hot.
