Chicken 65

Ingredients

  • 500 gm boneless chicken cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 6 tbsp thick curd
  • Masalas mix salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder – all according to taste
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 pinches red food colour
  • 1 egg
  • 10-12 garlic chillies slit
  • Refined oil to fry
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan

Instructions

  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken. Keep aside.
  • Add chopped garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add the fried chicken and the remaining marinated masala.
  • Serve hot.
