Ingredients

gm boneless chicken
cut into cubes

corn flour

all-purpose flour

ginger-garlic paste

thick curd
Masalas
mix salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder – all according to taste

tbsp
vinegar

pinches
red food colour

egg
10-12
garlic chillies
slit
Refined oil to fry
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan
Instructions
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken. Keep aside.
Add chopped garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the fried chicken and the remaining marinated masala.
Serve hot.
