Broccoli -1
Capsicum-1

optional -2 tsp
Coriander powderGaram masalaKasurimethi
Instructions
Make a marinate of hung curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasurimethi and add broccoli, capsicum, mushroom, baby corn and marinate it for 3 hours.
Roast this mixture on a tawa for 30 minutes over a slow flame
Sprinkle chaat masala on top and green chutney
