Tandoori Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Broccoli -1
  • Capsicum-1
  • MushroomBaby cornSalt to taste
  • red chilies optional -2 tsp
  • Coriander powderGaram masalaKasurimethi

Instructions

  • Make a marinate of hung curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasurimethi and add broccoli, capsicum, mushroom, baby corn and marinate it for 3 hours.
  • Roast this mixture on a tawa for 30 minutes over a slow flame
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on top and green chutney
