Paneer (cheese) Paratha

Ingredients

  • ½ kg white flour
  • 200 gm cheese paneer, shredded
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp ghee/butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp black cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Mix all the Ingredients well. If needed (if the mixture is still too dry), use warm and knead the dough. Keep covered for 2-3 hours.
  • Roll the dough into balls of your preferred size and fry them in ghee or oil.
  • Serve hot.
