Paneer (cheese) Paratha
Ingredients
½
kg
white flour
200
gm cheese
paneer, shredded
4
tbsp
yoghurt
4
tbsp
ghee/butter
1
tbsp
sesame seeds
2
tbsp
black cumin seeds
1
tsp
black salt
2
tbsp
sugar
1
tsp
baking soda
Instructions
Mix all the Ingredients well. If needed (if the mixture is still too dry), use warm and knead the dough. Keep covered for 2-3 hours.
Roll the dough into balls of your preferred size and fry them in ghee or oil.
Serve hot.
