Green Apple Chutney
Ingredients
2
cups
green cooking apple
peeled and thinly sliced
½
cup
white vinegar
1
cup
sugar
according to taste
1
tsp
ginger slices
Pinch
of salt
Dried red chili
cut into thin slices (according to taste)
Instructions
Put apple slices and all other Ingredients into a pan. First cook on medium, and then on low flame. Stir till sauce thickens
When apple slices will become tender, and sauce will thicken then set aside. When it has cooled, pour into jar.
