Green Apple Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green cooking apple peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar according to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger slices
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dried red chili cut into thin slices (according to taste)

Instructions

  • Put apple slices and all other Ingredients into a pan. First cook on medium, and then on low flame. Stir till sauce thickens
  • When apple slices will become tender, and sauce will thicken then set aside. When it has cooled, pour into jar.
