Cut the eggplant into round discs – if they are too thick, they will not fry well.
Mix salt and turmeric and coat the eggplant slices with the mixture.
Now take the serving dish and put in the yoghurt. Mix all the Ingredients (With the exception of the in the yoghurt and set it aside.
Fry the eggplant slices in hot oil, remove the excess oil, and dunk each slice into the yoghurt mix. As you put the slices in the yoghurt, you can cover them up and continue to add more.
