Coconut Barfi
Ingredients
- 3 coconuts medium
- 2 cans condensed milk
- ½ kg sugar
- 10 cardamoms
Instructions
- Mix ground coconut, condensed milk, sugar, and cardamoms in a pan. Cook over a medium flame, stirring, continuously for about 30 minutes.
- When the mass starts rolling, leaving an oily texture on the pan, lower the flame.
- As it ready to set, spread the whole mass evenly on a clean, oiled tray. Use roller to spread and cut into diamond shapes while hot.
- Allow the shapes to cool, remove them from the tray and box them.
