Adrak Mutton ka korma
Ingredients
- ½ kg mutton cut into pieces
- ½ kg onions sliced
- 2 tbsp ginger cut very fine
- 8 dried chilies cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 cup ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Apply ginger paste to meat and keep for 1 hour.
- Add in onion slices, chopped garlic, dried chilies and a little water and cook on very low flame till the meat is very ender.
- Add in ghee. When meat is fully cooked and the ghee floats on top, add the juice of one lime.
- Serve hot with parathas or chapati.
