Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tender chicken
  • 4 onions
  • 1 tender chicken
  • 4 onions
  • 3 oz. oil
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp red chilies

Instructions
 

  • Slice and chop onions
  • Fry onions until brown
  • Add water to the dry spices
  • Add the mixture to the fried onions
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook
  • Stirring constantly for 5 minutes
  • Add all the spices and stir
  • Cover the pan and continue to simmer the curry over a gentle heat until the sauce thickens, and the
  • chicken pieces are tender.
  • Add some water, if required.
